Quantum Entropy-as-a-Service (QEaaS) | Product Data Sheet

Modified on Tue, 22 Jul at 11:18 AM

In an increasingly connected world, tens of billions of connected devices are becoming part of our

daily lives, offering immense convenience to our daily lives. However, with each new connection comes a potential security risk especially in devices that lack the computational power necessary for secure cryptography. This then opens the door to data leaks and potential breaches of enterprise-wide systems as well as critical networked infrastructures.

Inspired by the original Entropy-as-a-Service framework developed by NIST, Quantum Dice has

upgraded this concept by leveraging our proprietary DISC™-protected Quantum Random Number

Generators (QRNGs) to create Quantum Entropy-as-a-Service (QEaaS).

QEaaS provides a Cloud based network-connected, high-quality source of true randomness essential for cryptographic applications, such as the generation of secure encryption keys, security and identity certificates, and digital signatures. By distributing entropy across geographically distributed remote servers based on the NIST reference architecture, our solution ensures that even the most

resource-limited devices and cloud instances receive the secure, certified randomness they need

to implement all their cryptographic functions.

The QEaaS architecture is a scalable solution for delivering high-quality entropy across IoT, TPMs

(Trusted Platform Modules), HSMs (Hardware Security Modules), cloud services, and other

systems requiring certified truly random numbers.

Thanks to an easy-to-use API and SDK, QEaaS is a cloud-based solution that can be easily integrated

into existing loT and cloud infrastructure, enabling seamless adoption and scalable deployment.
